A project in, which West Sweden's Tourism board keeps hold of Västra Götaland's excellent culinary prerequisites. The project aims at further developing West Sweden's best restaurants through seminars, lectures and workshops. Only restaurants that meet food and raw material quality as well as total dining experience requirements are certified.
